Answer: As a sheet of paper has more surface area than a crumpled ball, it faces more air resistance as a result its speed decreases. Therefore, it will fall slower than a crumpled ball.
2. In what direction does the buoyant force on an object immersed in a liquid act?
Answer: Buoyant force acts in the vertically upward direction. The direction of the buoyant force is always opposite to the direction of the weight of the object.
